Delicious Low Carb Energy Shake

A delicious, super low carb and easy shake for energy first thing in the morning.

Simple Energy Shake

Ingredients (serves 2)

Handful of blueberries (frozen)

1\2 handful of pineapple pieces

Handful of baby spinach

1/2 cucumber

2 leaves of sweet basil

1 1/2 cup water

Juice from 1 lemon

Optional: tumeric, cinammon, mint, barley grass powder

Blend for 15-20 secs and serve.

Yummy shake best served first thing in the morning. It is a gentle detox that can help with that uncomfortable bloated feeling. Gives a boost of energy and well-being.
