A delicious, super low carb and easy shake for energy first thing in the morning. Ingredients (serves 2) Handful of blueberries (frozen) 1\2 handful of pineapple pieces Handful of baby spinach 1/2 cucumber 2 leaves of sweet basil 1 1/2 cup water Juice from 1 lemon Optional: tumeric, cinammon, mint, barley grass powder Blend for 15-20 secs and serve. Yummy shake best served first thing in the morning. It is a gentle detox that can help with that uncomfortable bloated feeling.
